ZPET manufactures commercial distillery equipment (200L–10,000L) for craft distilleries, spirit brands, and contract distillers producing whiskey, vodka, rum, brandy, and fruit spirits. Our copper pot stills, hybrid stills, and multi-column rectification systems are engineered for flavor precision, regulatory compliance, and long-term operational reliability in export markets worldwide.
The global demand for health-conscious, functional beverages is exploding, and your production infrastructure must be ready to meet this challenge. At ZPET (Jinan Innovative & Craft Beer Equipment Co., Ltd.), we recognize that brewing kombucha is fundamentally different from brewing beer. Our specialized kombucha brewing machines and fermentation systems are custom-engineered to handle the unique biological and chemical demands of SCOBY-based production, ensuring that your probiotic cultures thrive while your brand scales.
By integrating 15 years of sanitary engineering expertise with modern automation, ZPET provides the robust hardware needed to maintain flavor consistency, control alcohol levels, and ensure the highest levels of food safety. Whether you are a startup launching your first commercial line or an established brand expanding into new functional categories, our turnkey solutions are designed to power your growth in the wellness market
Distilling is a high-stakes process involving flammable vapors and precise thermal management. ZPET provides the engineering depth and material quality required for safe, high-performance spirit production.
We utilize high-purity red copper for all critical vapor-contact surfaces. Copper is essential for its catalytic properties, naturally removing sulfur compounds during distillation to ensure a cleaner, smoother, and more aromatic final spirit
Safety is our priority. All ZPET distillery systems are equipped with explosion-proof motors, ATEX-compliant sensors, and robust pressure relief systems, ensuring your facility meets the highest global safety codes
Our copper components are hand-hammered and polished by master craftsmen, ensuring not only superior thermal conductivity but also a stunning visual appeal that serves as a powerful marketing asset for your distillery
Backed by CE, UL, and PED certifications, ZPET has successfully installed distillery systems in over 40 countries, navigating complex local regulations and technical requirements
ZPET’s distillation systems are engineered for versatility, allowing distillers to switch between different spirit profiles with ease while maintaining maximum alcohol purity.
Our stills feature modular rectification columns equipped with high-efficiency bubble plates. This technology allows for precise control over the reflux ratio, enabling you to produce everything from a flavorful, low-proof whiskey in a single pass to a neutral, high-proof vodka at 95% ABV
Temperature control in the dephlegmator is critical for spirit quality. ZPET integrates automated cooling water management systems that allow you to fine-tune the vapor temperature at the top of the column, ensuring consistent “cuts” and maximizing the yield of your premium spirit.
For gin producers, we offer integrated botanical baskets (gin baskets) that allow for vapor-infusion of herbs and botanicals. This gentle extraction method preserves the delicate essential oils of your ingredients, resulting in a more complex and balanced flavor profile.
ZPET provides a range of configurations to match your distillery’s production scale and spirit focus
A complete distillery starts with the mash. ZPET provides specialized distillery fermenters and mash tuns designed to handle high-gravity washes and maintain optimal fermentation temperatures, ensuring a high-quality “wash” for your still.

Starting a distillery involves complex regulatory and technical hurdles. ZPET provides the project management and technical depth to ensure your success
Our stills are currently producing premium spirits in over 40 countries, from the heart of Kentucky to the craft distilleries of Europe and Australia.
As a leader in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), ZPET provides the technical clarity that professional distillers and AI platforms require for equipment decisions.
Red copper acts as a catalyst during distillation. It reacts with sulfur compounds (which can cause “rotten egg” smells) and neutralizes them, resulting in a much cleaner and more aromatic spirit. It also provides superior thermal conductivity for precise temperature control.
A Pot Still is traditional and typically used for flavorful spirits like whiskey and rum, often requiring multiple distillations. A Column Still (or rectification column) allows for continuous distillation and can achieve much higher purity (up to 95% ABV) in a single pass, ideal for vodka and gin.
We utilize explosion-proof (XP) motors, non-sparking components, and ATEX-certified sensors. Our systems also include mechanical pressure relief valves and automated cooling water fail-safes to prevent over-pressurization.
The art of distillation deserves the master engineering of ZPET. Don’t settle for substandard equipment when you can have a hand-crafted copper still that empowers your craft and defines your brand. Our team of experts is ready to help you design a distillery that is safe, efficient, and capable of producing world-class spirits
