This 1000L microbrewery project was completed for HOPS Brewery in Cambodia. The customer planned to produce high-quality craft beer for local customers and needed a reliable brewing system with stable performance, sanitary construction, and convenient operation.
After discussing the brewery layout and production requirements, we supplied a complete 1000L microbrewery equipment system designed for efficient brewing and fermentation.
Project Overview
HOPS Brewery required a practical brewing system that could support regular craft beer production while fitting into the available workshop space.
The final solution included a stainless steel brewhouse, fermentation tanks, sanitary piping, pumps, heat-exchange equipment, and a customized working platform. The equipment layout was designed according to the customer’s production flow and installation conditions.
Equipment Configuration
The main equipment included:
- 1000L stainless steel brewhouse
- Mash and lauter tank
- Boiling and whirlpool tank
- Stainless steel fermentation tanks
- Wort heat exchanger
- Brewing pumps and sanitary piping
- Working platform and access stairs
- Control cabinet and related accessories
The brewhouse was equipped with top-mounted agitators and sanitary connections to support efficient wort processing. The fermentation tanks were arranged beside the brewhouse to create a practical brewing and fermentation workflow.
Brewery Layout and Design
The equipment was installed in a compact brewery room with a stainless steel working platform. The platform provides convenient access to the top manways, agitators, valves, and operating components.
The stainless steel piping system connects the brewhouse, heat exchanger, fermentation tanks, and other process equipment. This layout helps improve transfer efficiency and makes daily operation easier for the brewing team.

Manufacturing and Installation
Before delivery, all tanks, piping, valves, pumps, and electrical components were carefully inspected. The equipment was assembled and tested to ensure correct connections and reliable operation.
After installation in Cambodia, the brewing system was integrated into the HOPS Brewery production area. The completed brewery includes brewing equipment, fermentation tanks, keg handling, and supporting beer production facilities.

The 1000L microbrewery equipment provides HOPS Brewery with a stable and efficient solution for craft beer production in Cambodia. The system supports convenient brewing operation, controlled fermentation, and flexible production of different beer styles.
