200L Craft Brewery Equipment Project Overview
Three-Vessel Brewhouse and Fermentation Tank Configuration
This 200L commercial brewery equipment project was completed for Underdog Brewery in Thailand. Located in Samut Prakan, the brewery planned to establish a compact craft beer production system for brewing different styles of beer.
The customer needed a flexible brewing solution with stable operation, convenient control, and enough capacity for small-batch craft beer production. After discussing the brewery layout and brewing requirements, we designed a customized 2HL brewing system.
Equipment Configuration
The main equipment included:
- 200L three-vessel brewhouse
- Hot water tank
- Electric heating system
- 200L stainless steel fermentation tanks
- Brewing pumps
- Sanitary valves and piping
- Wort heat exchanger
- Stainless steel working platform and stairs
- Control cabinet and related accessories
The brewhouse was designed with a three-vessel configuration consisting of a mash tank, lauter tank, and boiling or whirlpool tank. The system can support both infusion mashing and decoction mashing processes.
Brewing System Features
Both brewhouse tanks were equipped with agitators to improve material mixing during the mashing process. Electric heating provides a clean and convenient heating solution for small-scale brewery operation.
The stainless steel fermentation tanks were designed with top manways and level gauges. These features help the brewing team monitor the tank level and carry out daily cleaning, inspection, and maintenance more conveniently.
Compact Brewery Layout
The complete system was assembled on a stainless steel working platform with access stairs. The platform provides convenient access to the tank openings, agitators, valves, and process connections.
The sanitary piping system was arranged below and around the brewhouse to connect the brewing tanks, pumps, heat exchanger, and fermentation tanks. This compact layout helps improve transfer efficiency and makes the system suitable for limited brewery spaces.
Manufacturing and Inspection
Before delivery, the brewing tanks, fermentation tanks, pumps, valves, piping, and electrical components were carefully inspected. The equipment was assembled and checked to ensure that the connections and operating components matched the customer’s brewing plan.
The photos show the completed 200L brewing system, detailed sanitary valve assembly, stainless steel platform, and customer visit at the manufacturing facility.

The 200L brewery equipment provides Underdog Brewery with a flexible and practical solution for craft beer production in Thailand. The three-vessel brewhouse supports different mashing methods, while the fermentation tanks allow the customer to produce several types of craft beer.
This project demonstrates our ability to design and manufacture customized small-scale commercial brewery equipment for overseas craft breweries.
