100L Brewery Equipment
Compact, Flexible, Professional Brewing System
The 100L Beer Brewing System is the ideal choice for small-scale brewers, pubs, and experimental craft beer brewing. Designed for efficiency and flexibility, this compact system offers professional-grade performance in a small footprint. Perfect for recipe development, small batches, and pilot brewing, it provides consistent beer quality and is built with food-grade stainless steel for hygiene and durability.

Main Components of the 100L Brewing System
Stable cooling and reliable cleaning are critical for any used 3HL brewery. This package combines an 800L glycol tank and 3 HP chiller with a compact CIP skid.
Brewhouse
The Brewhouse is the heart of the brewing process. For the 100L system, there are two common configurations:
Mash Tun: Where grains are mixed with water for the mashing process.
Lauter Tun: Where wort is separated from the grain.
Boil Kettle: Where the wort is boiled and hops are added for bitterness and aroma.
Whirlpool Tank (Optional): Used to separate hops and other particles from the wort before fermentation.
You can choose between a 2-vessel or 3-vessel brewhouse configuration, depending on available space and budget.
Fermentation System
Our Fermentation System includes specially designed conical fermentation tanks made from food-grade stainless steel. These tanks ensure stable yeast activity, accurate temperature control, and consistent beer quality.
Conical Fermenters: Designed to allow yeast to settle at the bottom for easier collection and transfer.
Temperature Control: Critical for maintaining optimal fermentation temperatures.
Cooling & Heat Exchange
The Cooling & Heat Exchange system includes a plate heat exchanger which helps rapidly cool the wort after boiling. This reduces the fermentation time and ensures better beer quality and fermentation efficiency.
Control System
The Control System can be customized to meet your needs:
Manual: Basic control with hands-on adjustments.
Semi-automatic: With PLC or PID control, allowing for more precise temperature, time, and process control.
Heating Method
The Heating Method for the 100L Brewing System can be chosen according to the brewer’s needs:
Electric Heating
Gas Fire Heating
Steam Heating
Power Supply
The power supply can be customized to suit the standards of different countries, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
Main Components of the 100L Brewing System
This used 2000L fermenter is based on MICET’s standard 2HL conical fermentation tank design. It is refurbished for breweries that want reliable used 2000L fermentation tanks instead of new equipment, without sacrificing hygiene or process stability.
Proven MICET 2HL Design
Original MICET 2000L cylindroconical fermenter, now offered as a used 2000L fermentation tank with field-proven tank geometry and process fittings.
SUS304 Conical Construction
Inner shell around 3.0 mm, outer shell 2.0 mm SUS304; 60° cone for good yeast sedimentation and complete tank drainage.
Insulated & Jacketed
Approx. 80 mm PU insulation plus cylinder and cone glycol jackets keep the used 2000L fermenter at stable fermentation and conditioning temperatures.
Full CIP & Hygiene Design
Shadowless side manway, 360° rotary CIP spray ball, polished internals and sanitary fittings make the used 2000L unitank easy to clean and keep hygienic.
Refurbished & Pressure-Tested
Each used tank is inspected, pressure- and leak-tested on shell and glycol jacket, cleaned and passivated, with worn valves and gaskets replaced.
Flexible Applications
The used 2000L fermentation tank suits beer, cider, kombucha and other beverages within design pressure & temperature limits, and connects easily to existing glycol systems.
