Successful Cooperation with a Philippines Craft Brewery Customer
This 500L beer equipment project was designed for a craft brewery customer in the Philippines. The customer wanted to build a practical brewing system for small to medium-scale beer production, with stable brewing performance, easy daily operation, and enough flexibility for future capacity expansion.
After understanding the customer’s workshop space, brewing process, local installation conditions, and production plan, ZPET provided a customized 500L two-vessel brewhouse with hot water tank and steam heating. The system was designed to support mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, wort cooling, and transfer before fermentation.
Equipment Configuration
The main configuration of this Philippines brewery project includes:
500L mash/lauter tank.

The two-vessel design helps the customer save installation space while keeping a complete brewing process. The mash/lauter tank is used for grain mixing and wort separation, while the kettle/whirlpool tank supports boiling and wort clarification.
For a 500L brewing system, steam heating is a suitable choice because it provides faster heating, more even temperature distribution, and better support for repeated brewing. This makes the system more practical for a growing craft brewery in the Philippines.
Project Details and Manufacturing
During production, ZPET focused on stainless steel welding quality, surface polishing, sanitary pipe layout, valve position, platform structure, and overall equipment arrangement. Before delivery, the full system was assembled and inspected in our workshop to make sure the equipment was ready for overseas shipment and local installation.
The polished stainless steel tanks give the system a clean and professional appearance. The pipelines and valves are arranged clearly, helping the brewer operate, clean, and maintain the equipment more conveniently in daily production.
