Successful Cooperation with a German Brewery Customer
This project is a successful cooperation between ZPET and a brewery customer in Germany. The customer needed large-capacity stainless steel fermentation tanks for beer production, with reliable structure, clean surface treatment, convenient operation, and stable performance for daily brewing work.
After discussing the customer’s brewery layout, fermentation capacity, cleaning method, and installation requirements, we supplied customized 5000L side manway beer fermentation tanks. The tanks were designed for commercial beer fermentation and built with a vertical cylindrical body, conical bottom, side manway, sanitary fittings, supporting legs, and polished stainless steel surface.

For this Germany project, the customer paid close attention to tank workmanship and production details. Before delivery, our workshop completed inspection of the welding quality, surface polishing, manway sealing, valve connection, leg stability, and overall appearance. The tanks were checked carefully to make sure they were ready for overseas shipment and brewery installation.
The side manway design makes daily operation easier for the brewer, especially during inspection, cleaning, and maintenance. The conical bottom supports yeast sedimentation and discharge, which is important for stable fermentation and beer quality control.
