600L Brewery Equipment Project Overview
Stainless Steel Brewhouse and Fermentation System
This project was completed for a brewery client in Italy who planned to establish a reliable craft beer production system. The customer required professional brewing equipment with stable performance, sanitary construction, and a practical layout for daily beer production.
According to the customer’s production requirements and workshop conditions, we designed and manufactured a customized 600L brewery equipment system. The complete solution includes a stainless steel brewhouse, fermentation tanks, sanitary piping, pumps, a working platform, and a control cabinet.
Equipment Configuration
The main equipment includes:
- 600L stainless steel brewhouse
- Mash and lauter tank
- Boiling and whirlpool tank
- Stainless steel fermentation tanks
- Sanitary brewing pumps
- Wort transfer piping
- Heat exchanger and process accessories
- Stainless steel working platform and stairs
- Electrical control cabinet
The brewing tanks are equipped with stainless steel agitators, manways, sanitary valves, and process connections. The fermentation tanks feature conical bottoms and cooling-related fittings for convenient beer fermentation and maintenance.
Customized Brewery Layout
The equipment was arranged as an integrated brewing system with the brewhouse positioned on a raised stainless steel platform. The platform provides convenient access to the top tank openings, agitators, valves, and operating components.
The fermentation tanks are positioned beside the brewhouse to create a practical workflow between wort production, cooling, transfer, and fermentation. The sanitary piping layout helps connect the different process sections and supports smooth daily operation.

Manufacturing and Inspection
During manufacturing, the tank structure, welding quality, internal surface finish, valves, pumps, and piping connections were carefully checked.
Before delivery, the complete system was assembled and inspected to ensure that the equipment configuration matched the customer’s production requirements. The finished equipment showed a clean appearance, organized piping, and a practical operating layout.
