Two-Vessel Brewhouse and Fermentation Tank Configuration for Georgia Craft Brewery
This project is a successful brewery equipment cooperation with a customer from Georgia. The customer planned to build a compact but professional craft brewery and needed a brewing system that could support stable wort production, reliable fermentation, and convenient daily operation.
After several rounds of discussion about the customer’s brewing capacity, workshop space, heating preference, and beer production plan, we confirmed a practical 1000L brewery equipment solution for the Georgia project. The final system includes a two-vessel brewhouse with hot water tank and steam heating, together with matching 1000L top manway fermentation tanks.
The main configuration is as follows:
1000L two-vessel brewhouse.
Hot water tank for brewing water preparation and cleaning support.
Steam heating system for stable and efficient brewing.

For the customer in Georgia, the key requirement was not simply to buy tanks, but to build a system that could be used smoothly in real production. The two-vessel brewhouse was chosen because it offers a good balance between brewing efficiency, space utilization, and investment control. It can support the main brewing steps including mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, and wort transfer.
The steam heating design is especially suitable for a 1000L brewery. It provides more even heating and better temperature control during brewing, which helps improve wort quality and makes batch production more stable. The hot water tank also gives the customer more convenience during brewing preparation and cleaning work.
The fermentation part of this Georgia project uses 1000L top manway fermentation tanks. This structure is practical for daily inspection, cleaning, and fermentation management. The stainless steel tank body, sanitary fittings, and polished surface help the customer maintain hygienic brewing conditions and reliable fermentation performance.
Before delivery, the equipment was assembled and checked in our workshop. We inspected the welding quality, surface polishing, tank connections, heating structure, pipeline layout, and overall equipment arrangement to make sure the brewery system was ready for shipment and installation.
